Julien GLEIZE and Cyril FRESSAC invite you to join them for cooking classes. In a two-and-a-half hour class (up to 10 people per class), you will discover these chefs’ tricks of the trade.

The programme includes an introduction to seasonal flavours and produce with the preparation of a sweet and a savoury dish as well as an unforgettable tasting of dishes in a congenial atmosphere.
